Payments accepts payment by credit / VISA VISA Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay. Payment will be withdrawn after the ticket has been received.



You will receive your ticket by e-mail as soon as possible. If you have not received the email with the tickets within 24 hours please follow the instructions below: 

  • Check that you have given the correct email address and that ticket purchase was completed.
  • You can also check if you have a spam filter that prevents the message from being displayed in your inbox.
  • If you still have not received the mail, please call our customer service telephone: +45 50 12 36 45 or send us an email.
  • Occasionally after an aborted purchase, credit cards will “freeze” the purchase sum in your account for a period of 24 hours. If it has not been returned within that time frame after an aborted purchase, please contact your bank.

The client must make sure to bring your proof of purchase of a food tour, and meet at the agreed point at the agreed time.

Special Conditions

If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)

When a booking is completed it is not possible to cancel. It is however possible to change to a new date.

You must, no later than 2 days before the start of your tour give us notification that you wish to alter your purchase. Notification shall be given by e-mail: or Tel: 0045 50 12 36 45. In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of change.

For tours changed less than 2 days before departure, we require a cancellation fee of 250 DKK pr person for a 4 hour tour, or 100 DKK pr person for a 2 hour tour. Failure to appear at the starting point at the agreed time means there can be no refund of any kind. The guide will wait for you for 15 min. If you have been delayed please call and we can try to arrange for you to join up with the tour along the way.


Services excluded the rule of withdrawal
The following product types are excluded from the rule of withdrawal:

  1. Provision of recreational services, when the provisions of the agreement have been followed regarding the date or the specified period witin the service is to be performed.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, we cannot refund your purchase. We can however, change your tour date to another time. Unfortunately this right expires once your tour has begun.

Basically, you  do not have a 2 year warranty, as it is a service. Therefore, please immediately contact us if you experience problems.
You have the right to obtain correction of any deficiencies in the service attributable to the service nature, unless it is a question of your own circumstances, or other external circumstances which we, in accordance with Danish law, cannot be held responsible for.

Food allergies and accidents is not responsible for any adverse allergic reactions to food consumed while on tour. When informed of a food allergy we will do our utmost to make sure to avoid the element and give information enabling the customer to further avoid it, however, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

Accidents on food tours are rare, however, is not responsible or liable for any accidents occurring while on tour.
